Providing Quality Health Care for the Whole Family Since 2001

My home-office has several stairs to reach the treatment room, and an adjacent private bathroom.  If this type of entry does not work for you, arrangements may be made for house calls.  I always speak with new clients over the phone prior to the first appointment, 303.587.3557.  If you'd rather send a message before calling, please feel free to visit the "contact me" page to send an email.

My approach to practice blends Chinese and Japanese techniques.  Some treatment sessions may involve Janet Travell trigger point therapy blended with a little Shiatsu.  Shiatsu is a Japanese style of massage that serves as both treatment and diagnosis.   Acupuncture itself serves to regulate the system, and herbal and dietary recommendations can be used to further regulate, nourish and support.

More information about the various techniques can be found under this Services page.   Appropriate strengthening and stretching exercises are demonstrated and taught when needed.

During the initial intake and treatment session we will go over your health history and current health concerns.

We will also discuss a treatment plan that works for you, which may involve "homework" that will further assist treatment.

You are a trusted partner in your own healthcare, and I truly enjoy working with people toward a common goal.
